Financial Analysis Projects & Ai Research
This was a project I did studying abroad. My group was assigned the tech industry and I analyzed Adobe financial statements to create ratios to evaluate investment risk. We then compared the investment risk of all six tech companies my group researched.
This is one of our projects we worked on in our excel course through OU. The Course focuesd on learning how to use excel for financial analysis specifically. The specific project below was a mergers and acquisitions spread sheet.
This is one of my most recent projects. My group was tasked with researching a startup company. We then created a pitch deck as if we where a VC fund pitching to our bosses why we should or shouldn’t invest in the Startup.

Basic CoStar Certification. Specializing in property data and analysis of commercial Properties. This is a useful skill to know how to pull data and analyze a specific property in the market. Its also valuable for making connection within the industry.
ARGUS Enterprise Certification. Specializes in commercial real estate Underwriting & Forecasting
McCombs School of Business, AI Prompting course certificate. This course aims to expand your knowledge of how to use and prompt Ai tools that are constantly evolving in todays workplace. (Expected July 2026)
Massive Capital hosted a training that provided a deep dive into CRE asset classes, and how they effect a specific market. Along with how syndication plays a role in development deals. This experience enriched my knowledge about industry as a whole, hence “sophisticated investor certification”
